2.the structure of the machine
(1)The CW6263 horizontal lathe is suitable for all kinds of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal parts. It is mainly used in various parts of the inner circle, the outer circle, face processing.
(2)Machine for the overall level of bed, made of high strength casting resin sand molding. The bed on the floor with good rigidity,  high shock resistance, good precision. Bed rail by high-frequency quenching treatment and precision grinding,  and bed saddle sliding surface adopt PTFE wear-resistant material with good wear resistance,  strong bearing capacity.
(3)The spindle adopts three point support  with high precision spindle bearings. The headstock has manual four level and stepless speed in the level. The headstock spindle speed display panel is installed, which can be convenient for the operator to adjust the speed of spindle.
(4)The slide board box has safety mechanism to prevent damage due to overload of the machine tool, so as to ensure the safe and reliable use.
