Product Description

1.Production introduce and use
X, Y, Z 3-axis servo direct connects control half closed loop of vertical machining center, three axis are rectangular quenching hardened rail, rail wide, big span. Spindle is driven by servo motor through the synchronous belt.Can be achieved a variety of complex parts such like  disc, plate, shell, CAM, mold, can complete drilling, milling, boring, expanding and reaming, rigidity tapping and other process, suitable for workpieces of many varieties, medium and small batch production, can meet for parts processing of complex, high precision.Can match the fourth axis of rotation.
2. Structure feature
1) The main foundation parts such as base, sliding seat, table, column, spindle box with HT300 iron, base, sliding seat are box structure, Compact and reasonable symmetric reinforcement structure ensure the basic pieces of high rigidity and resistance bending vibration performance;  A shape  bridge type column and  internal grid reinforcement, guarantee the rigidity and precision of the Z axis strength when cutting; The main foundation parts with resin sand molding and after aging treatment, ensure the stability of the precision machine tool use for a long time.
2) X, Y, Z  are widen rectangle sliding guideways,after the intermediate frequency quenching and precision grinding, the Y direction guideway is the 4 guideway  structure, high rigidity;the surface of the slide guide paste the PTEE and precision lapping, with automatic forced lubrication, reduce feed movement of the friction resistance, reduce the low speed crawl, improve the accuracy of machine tool life;
3) Z direction add counter weight balance, to ensure the smooth movement of the spindle box; Z direction driven motor with braking device when  loss  electric;
4) X, Y, Z three directions adopt  inner loop double nut preloading ball screw, with high accuracy high strength,high feed speed;Driven motor straight connect with ball screw by elastic coupling, feed servo motor pass power directly to high precision ball screw, ensure the accuracy of the machine positioning;
5) Adopt high speed, high precision, high rigid spindle unit, axial and radial capacity is strong, Max.turn velocity 8000 RPM;
6) The spindle structure of blowing center, high pressure gas immediately can be to clean the inner taper of the spindle after the spindle loosen tool, ensure the accuracy of cutting tool clamping;
7) The guideways and the ball screws of the X, Y, Z three directions full enclosed protection ,ensure the cleanness of lead screw and guideway, ensure the transmission and motion precision of machine tools;
8) Outside the machine tool adopts full protective structure design, convenient operation, safe and reliable;
9) USES reliable centralized automatic lubricating device, timing and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, Can adjust the lubrication time according to the working conditions;
10) Using Taiwan's high quality 16 or 24 picecs high speed automatic change tool magazine, change the tool accurate, time is short, high efficiency, the running test one million times, conform to the requirements of the reliability; magazine toll movement with damping structure, can reduce the impact of the movement, ensure the service life of magazine tool ;Pneumatic drive, easy to use, the shortest path for change tool;
