1.Product introduction and use
This machine is a fully functional slant bed CNC lathes, especially suitable for small and medium-sized plate, short shaft parts of high speed, high precision machining. There are two straight axis X, Z, can do long stroke integral movement by hydraulic driven tailstock . be able to complete functions once clamping: turning, drilling, boring, tapping, reaming, and others.

2.The main structure

1. Box type structure
The 30 °  Slant bed 30 °  and  the base is whole casting mold,  box type structure, 20 mm wall thickness,  optimal layout of reinforcement through the finite element analysis, the high strength cast iron material, resin sand molding, through full secondary time aging and natural aging, so the basis of a machine with high rigidity ,ensure the stability of the machine use for a long time; match automatic forced lubrication, which greatly reduce the frictional resistance feed movement, improve machine precision and life;
 
2. X, Z axis adopt linear guide way with high precision, high load capacity, high reliability, match automatic forced lubrication, which greatly reduce the frictional resistance feed movement, improve machine precision and life ;the friction coefficient of sliding friction can be reduced to fiftieth of the original, feed speed and positioning accuracy is higher. Tailstock feeding by hydraulic control to realize the long stroke jacking function.

3. High speed and high precision, high rigidity shell type spindle unit, spindle with chromium molybdenum alloy material, spindle bearing adopt NSK specified double row cylindrical roller bearing and P4 level high speed precision angular contact bearings pairs, use NSK high-speed specified grease, resistance to high temperature and high speed. Spindle unit assemble at a constant temperature room, running-in 36 hours in a constant temperature  after assemble, through continuous 36 hours test run after install on the  machine, make sure that the performance of high speed and high precision and reliability .The spindle hole diameter is  64mm and Max. Dia. through bar is 51mm, make the machine with larger bar through range.

4. Select the famous brand hydraulic or servo tool turret, and the speed of change tool is quick. clamping and loosening of the tool disc.  by hydraulic cylinder, motion is smooth, suitable for heavy cutting, has the function of choosing  tool nearby ,can install forward or reverse according to the user habit.

5. Outside the machine tool protective adopts full protective structure design, convenient operation, safe and reliable;
