Our core business is mainly in providing a backup support in the export of the stock replenishment as required by our customers each in his own respective regional market. We are also offering a solution to stock outs to assist our customers in avoiding the loss of sales which will reduced customer's satisfaction and lower loyalty levels. We are on the continuous promotion of new items to assist our customers in their expansion product range.

What are the products are on offer?
We have an extensive range of items in our programme catering to most types of workshop applications. This range will be an ongoing expanding product line to keep track with the latest technology advancement. The items are categories into seven groups such as Cutting Tools, Measuring Tools, Hand Tools, Machine Accessory, Workshop Appliances, Safety Workwear. Material Handling Equipment and Industrial Machines. Each of the items in our programme are itemized with a code number for each reference and identification and also for reordering. The group will be increase with more additions down the line. Just tell us your requirements and we will meet your expectations.

What is your delivery schedules?
We have a strong production capacity to ensure delivery on time. On receipt of the order we will check with the production department for the targeted delivery schedule. For standard items, most delivery will be normally within a 30 to 45 days' time frame on confirmation of the order. Nonstandard items will be some delay but we will try to shorten it from the support unit to meet customers' expectations. It is up to our Company to uphold these expectations by being prompt and professional. Delivering the shipment on time with professionalism will define the integrity of our company

Are samples available?
Samples are available for evaluation at cost plus shipping charges by courier payable in advance. This is only applicable to small items by express courier within 7 days. We welcome all comments regarding to the presentation and quality of the samples.

Are there any warranty for your products?
We are quite confident in our products as usually customers will receive their shipment in good condition. Regarding any quality issue, we would deal with it immediately. Please give us a report of the problem accompanying with photos indicating the defective area. We advise our customers to check all items on receipt and if there are any defects through manufacturing faults it will be a one to one replacement in the next coming shipment.
