We major in the supply to the industrial workshops, machine rooms, warehousing logistics, marine store, technical training institutes, plumbing industry, artisan project toolkits, oil and gas industry, and many others. We will endeavor to increase our range and strive to be a centralized supply hub to most industries.

What are your emphasis on product quality?
Quality is more than making a good product. We do have quality control system for each step of process controlling from raw materials to finished products. This is to achieve a production level of consistency which is our top priority as product quality creates customer's value and satisfaction. It has two dimensions - that is level and consistency. The quality level means performance quality or the ability of a product to perform its functions. Quality conformance means quality consistency, freedom from defects, and consistency in delivering a targeted level of performance. These are the two criteria in all our products.
We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be carefully tested before it is packed for shipment. We do not comprise our quality control as it is vital to the longevity and reputation of our business credibility.

What is your delivery schedules?
We have a strong production capacity to ensure delivery on time. On receipt of the order we will check with the production department for the targeted delivery schedule. For standard items, most delivery will be normally within a 30 to 45 days' time frame on confirmation of the order. Nonstandard items will be some delay but we will try to shorten it from the support unit to meet customers' expectations. It is up to our Company to uphold these expectations by being prompt and professional. Delivering the shipment on time with professionalism will define the integrity of our company


Are there any warranty for your products?
We are quite confident in our products as usually customers will receive their shipment in good condition. Regarding any quality issue, we would deal with it immediately. Please give us a report of the problem accompanying with photos indicating the defective area. We advise our customers to check all items on receipt and if there are any defects through manufacturing faults it will be a one to one replacement in the next coming shipment.
