1. The machine tool has high precision. The positioning accuracy of linear motion is 0.016mm and the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.012mm.
    
2. High rigid cast iron structure is adopted. The fuselage and main castings are made   of high-grade mihanna cast iron. The outer wall thickness is 35mm and the inner wall thickness is 30mm. HT300 high-quality cast iron has stable material and eliminates internal stress through electromagnetic vibration to ensure no deformation after long-term use; The inside of the bed adopts a closed and complete box structure, and the column adopts a box in box structure with stiffeners to ensure that the machine tool has high rigidity and long-term accuracy retention. The mechanism design adopts Pro-E analysis, wide base, high-strength spindle, and heavy-duty linear slide rail with X and Z axes to ensure the excellent accuracy, dynamic and static rigidity and reliability of the machine tool.
