.Introduction and use
The machine is half closed loop CNC lathe machine, with a centralized automatic lubrication device, 4-station or 6-station electric tool post, once programming input can automatically realize the mechanical parts of the cylindrical, inner hole, thread, complex surface machining.The machine using CNC control system, control 2 axis movement at the same time, there is movement, linear and circular interpolation, thread cutting, all kinds of cutting cycle, coordinate system seted, the tool tip R and cutter offset compensation, and so on fully repair and auxiliary functions .Program compiled USES the international ISO standard, can manually entered program use the key on the panel or Input by data communication interface.
2. Main structure
1)Lathe bed is horizontal flat structure, main components such as bed and bed seat adopt high strength material, resin sand casting, enough aging treatment; Wide bed and bed foot, horizontal layout, is very high stability and rigid; Guide way precision grinding processing after high frequency quenching treatment, to ensure the stability of the machine for using a long time.
2) Spindle adopt gear speed change mechanism, equipped with high-precision spindle special bearing two-point support structure, so the spindle can achieve overload processing, with high precision, strong rigidity, small thermal deformation, smooth running, low noise characteristics significant characteristics . Frequency change converter to realize high, medium and low three kinds speed.
3)Longitudinal/transverse direction movement shaft adopts servo motor directly drive, precision ball screws transfer, pulse encoder position detection feedback half- closed loop control systems, every shaft response is fast, high precision, long service life. Lead screws choose special ball bearings of contact angle 60°, can withstand the high axial load, make sure the rigidity and precision of the feeding transmission device. Machine moving parts (slide carriage, cross slide carriage) paste PTFE, reduce the frictional resistance of machine and weaken the low-speed crawling, improve the service life of the machine tool.
4) Adopt automatic intermittent electric lubrication pump, realize centralized quantitative automatic lubrication.
5)Horizontal flat bed double sliding door half-protective structure, configuration stationary type hand wheel,
convenient maintenance ,and convenience for set tool, flexible operation, convenient hoisting artifacts, water proof, dustproof.
