Description of CK6180/3000

The machine tool adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the headbox adopts high and bottom gear manual speed regulation. High power, high speed, reasonable structure, machining accuracy up to grade 6, roundness error no more than 0.01mm, surface roughness no more than Ra2.5um; It is suitable for finishing in medium and small batch machining workshops.
 
The maximum rotation diameter on the machine bed is 800mm, which is suitable for turning various rotating surfaces and end faces such as cylindrical surface, conical surface and circular arc surface, as well as various male and British straight threads and conical threads. With appropriate accessories and tools, it can also carry out drilling, reaming, reaming, tapping and other processing.
 
 
1. Lathe Bed
The bed is an integral box structure, which is made of high-standard cast iron (HT300) for one-time molding and casting. After secondary aging treatment, it has good stability; Guide rail span (600mm), good rigidity and strong anti vibration ability; The guide rail surface is quenched by medium frequency and precision ground by guide rail grinder to ensure long service life, high precision and good retention.
 
  2. Headstock
(1) The box structure is rigid.
(2) The gear is quenched by high frequency and accurately ground, with high precision, stable operation and low noise.
(3) Automatic forced circulating lubrication makes the transmission system operate flexibly and can effectively cool down.
(4) The automatic segmented speed change is controlled by M code, and the automatic stepless speed change in the section is selected and controlled by s code, which can realize stepless speed change and constant linear speed cutting.
  3. Feed
(1) Each moving pair room is automatically lubricated by the centralized intermittent lubrication system.
(2) Longitudinal (Z-direction) feed: the AC servo motor installed on the left side of the feed box drives the lead screw to feed.
(3) Transverse (X-direction) feed: it is directly connected with the transverse ball screw by the AC servo motor installed at the rear of the bed saddle through the coupling; The machine tool has high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.
  4. Electric Tool Holder
The standard configuration is a vertical four station electric tool holder, which is free from lifting, and the tool change is fast and convenient
 
5. Tailstock
  The sleeve is quenched and precision ground, and the tailstock is moved manually.
 
6. Power

10. Safety Protection
(1) Protective measures are taken for x-direction and Z-direction lead screws;
